To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, Heaven Sent Beauty Lounge has established the following policies:

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment may result in your service being canceled if there is not enough time to complete it. In such cases, the appointment will be treated as a no-show, and the applicable fee will be charged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
  • Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Deposits

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours in advance.

Refunds & Service Guarantee

All services and deposits are non-refundable. However, Heaven Sent Beauty Lounge stands behind the quality of its work. If you experience an issue with your nails within 5 days of your appointment, we will offer a complimentary correction.

  • Matte finishes, and damage to natural nails is not included
  • All service concerns are subject to review and approval by your service provider

Guest Policy

To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, we do not allow additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service.

Payments & Fees

Card payments are subject to a 3.5% convenience fee. Applicable taxes will be added to all services as required.
